This....

cautionary tale set to a vals has all the makings of a tango. True love, loss, longing and rebirth. Do you recall this tune?

Ah, but was the meatball a lead or a follow?

Hmmm...good question, I think it is open to interpretation. Is the sneeze the lead and the meatball followed, or was it the music?

The tune was "On Top Of Old Smokey", and you can probably find that music somewhere. The tune served for various shady tunes sung at camp etc. Yes it was a Waltz, and Smokey was not a lead, but rather I think, a mountain top...

The only thing I recall is that "spaghetti and meatballs" song that we had to sing in elementary school. I'd forgotten about it till now.

I know of Old Smokey but he wasn´t in my repertoire when I was young.

I think my Grandmother taught me the spaghetti song. I was trying to remember the words for the munchkin to sing it to him. Google is an amazing thing!
